HR Officer – Recruitment & People Support

Enjoy connecting with people and keeping things organised? Join our financial advisory team as an HR Officer and support us in attracting candidates, coordinating interviews and helping new team members settle in.

Key responsibilities

• Post job advertisements and source candidates through recruitment platforms and social media.
• Review applications and conduct initial screening calls.
• Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and track hiring progress.
• Coordinate onboarding, documentation and training arrangements.
• Support day-to-day HR administration and team engagement activities.
• Handle employee and applicant information with care and confidentiality.

Required profile

• Friendly, professional and confident communicating with people.
• Organised, attentive to detail and able to manage multiple follow-ups.
• Proactive and comfortable working towards agreed recruitment goals.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
• Previous experience in HR, recruitment or administration is an advantage.
