HR Planner – 5 Day Week (Raffles Place)

About the role

We are seeking an HR Planner to join our team at Nexus Management Services in Singapore. The role focuses on workforce planning, scheduling and ensuring compliance with labour regulations across a five‑day work week.

Key responsibilities

• Work with department heads and HR to understand staffing needs for various shifts, roles, and projects.
• Create and manage daily, weekly, and monthly staffing schedules, ensuring balanced and optimized staffing levels.
• Monitor attendance and overtime, preparing regular staffing reports and analysis.
• Collaborate with the recruitment team to fill open positions and coordinate onboarding for new hires.
• Ensure staffing plans comply with Singapore employment laws and monitor overtime compliance.
• Continuously assess and refine staffing processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Partner with operations, finance and other departments to align staffing plans with company goals and budgets.
• Act as the point of contact for managers regarding staffing issues and support HR & Operations projects.

Required profile

• Minimum GCE O‑Level qualification.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• High attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
• Understanding of Singapore labour laws and HR policies.
