HR Recruiter Intern

About the role

Sopra Steria, a listed European technology group active in consulting, digital services and software, is looking for an HR Recruiter Intern in Singapore, its regional headquarters for Infrastructure, Cloud and Cybersecurity services. The intern supports the day-to-day operations of recruitment matters.

Key responsibilities

• Post job advertisements on job portals
• Screen and shortlist candidates from internal and external sources, assessing their technical capabilities
• Coordinate interviews and keep in touch with candidates
• Work with hiring managers and HR on recruitment administration to place hires effectively
• Keep the Applicant Tracking System up to date and ensure candidate profiles are accurate
• Prepare employment offer letters and help with onboarding
• Carry out other ad-hoc duties assigned to support successful hiring

Required profile

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent organisational skills, able to handle several recruitment processes at once

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Outlook)
