HR & Recruitment Executive – Construction

About the role

We are looking for an experienced HR & Recruitment Executive to lead talent acquisition for our construction operations across the OMNIA group. You will play a pivotal role in building a skilled workforce that supports our expanding project portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for all companies within the group, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Source, screen, interview and coordinate candidates for construction‑related positions.
• Liaise with hiring managers and project teams to understand manpower needs and timelines.
• Coordinate interviews, onboarding processes and maintain accurate employee documentation.
• Maintain recruitment databases and candidate records.
• Work closely with construction teams to ensure timely deployment of talent.
• Support broader HR operations and recruitment‑related activities.

Required profile

• 5–10 years of experience in recruitment, preferably within construction or technical sectors.
• Proven ability to manage full‑cycle recruitment and collaborate with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Required skills

• Proficiency with recruitment software.
