HR Specialist – Third Party Logistics

About the role

We are seeking a proactive HR Specialist to support all HR operations for a global third‑party logistics provider in Singapore. The role combines recruitment, employee engagement, HR administration and MOM work‑pass management in a fast‑paced, operational environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full HR lifecycle – recruitment, onboarding, off‑boarding, employee engagement and administration.
• Conduct end‑to‑end recruitment: source candidates, screen resumes, coordinate interviews, prepare offers and oversee onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower needs across warehouse, operations and corporate functions.
• Handle MOM work‑pass applications, renewals, cancellations, appeals and ensure compliance documentation.
• Serve as the primary HR point of contact for employees and stakeholders on HR‑related matters.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of HR experience; logistics or supply‑chain background preferred.
• Proven experience in end‑to‑end recruitment and HR operations.
• Hands‑on experience with Singapore MOM work‑pass processes and employment regulations.
• Familiarity with the Singapore Employment Act and local HR practices.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
