Human Capital Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced and highly passionate Human Capital professional to join the HC team at Mandai Rainforest Resort. This role offers a unique opportunity to lead HR initiatives in a dynamic resort environment and to grow into a senior managerial capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes, from job posting to interview coordination and onboarding.
• Coordinate manpower planning with department heads to align staffing with business goals.
• Maintain accurate employee records, HCIS data, and ensure compliance with MOM regulations and labour laws.
• Prepare employment letters, contracts, and support payroll submission.
• Handle employee relations, disciplinary and grievance matters, and foster a positive workplace culture.
• Support audits, compliance checks, and the implementation of HR policies and SOPs.
• Organise employee engagement activities and staff welfare initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in Human Capital or HR functions, preferably in hospitality or resort settings.
• Strong understanding of Singapore employment legislation and MOM requirements.
• Ability to partner with senior management on workforce strategy and employee matters.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
