Human Resource Executive – Recruitment & Employee Relations

About the role

The Human Resource Executive will support the company's talent acquisition, onboarding, employee relations and general HR functions. You will work closely with the recruitment team and senior leadership to ensure a smooth hiring experience and a positive workplace culture.

Key responsibilities

• Source and attract qualified candidates through multiple channels, coordinate interview scheduling, conduct screenings and facilitate hiring manager interviews.
• Obtain salary approvals, negotiate offers and manage background checks and pre‑employment requirements.
• Plan and support career fairs, school outreach and community events.
• Facilitate onboarding activities, documentation, orientations and compliance with legal requirements, including MOM work‑pass applications, renewals and cancellations.
• Manage off‑boarding, conduct exit interviews and process related documentation.
• Communicate recruitment updates to employees, managers and senior leadership, address employee concerns, participate in dispute resolution and promote adherence to labour laws.
• Organise company events, celebrations and employee‑engagement activities.
• Maintain employee records, prepare HR reports, assist with payroll, benefits and grant documentation, and support HR projects.

Required profile

• Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of HR experience with a focus on talent acquisition and employee relations, preferably in FMCG or Healthcare.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and organisational skills.
• Familiarity with Singapore labour laws and HR best practices.
• High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
