Human Resource Officer

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Human Resource Officer to manage the day‑to‑day HR and administrative functions for our hospital construction project in Singapore. You will oversee the full employee lifecycle and ensure compliance with local employment regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage recruitment, onboarding, transfers, promotions, resignations and terminations.
• Handle Work Permit, S Pass, Employment Pass and Dependant’s Pass applications, renewals and cancellations.
• Maintain accurate employee records, HR databases and manpower reports.
• Administer monthly payroll, including salaries, allowances, deductions and statutory contributions.
• Oversee employee benefits, insurance, medical claims and welfare matters.
• Ensure compliance with Singapore MOM requirements and company HR policies.
• Prepare employment contracts, appointment letters, confirmation letters and other HR documentation.
• Support statutory submissions such as CPF, levy, tax clearance and employee‑related claims.
• Coordinate with project managers, site personnel, subcontractors and external agencies on HR matters.
• Assist with employee relations, disciplinary actions and audit support.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of HR experience, preferably in construction, engineering or large‑scale projects.
• Familiarity with Singapore work‑pass processes and MOM regulations.
• Ability to handle confidential information and work independently under pressure.
