Human Resources Associate – People Team (Graduate 2027)

About the role

As a Human Resources Associate on the People Team, you will join Shopee’s regional HR function and be placed in a specific HR domain a few weeks before your start date. The role offers hands‑on experience across a range of HR areas, close collaboration with senior HR leaders, and the chance to contribute to strategic initiatives that shape the company’s people agenda.

Key responsibilities

• Support the planning and delivery of best‑in‑class HR programmes in areas such as recruitment, learning & development, communications, culture, talent management, compensation & benefits, organisational design, and AI transformation.
• Partner with line managers to provide day‑to‑day advice on people matters and long‑term organisational planning.
• Champion Shopee’s culture and values in all HR activities and communications.
• Assist senior HR leaders with data analysis, reporting, and the execution of strategic HR projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree; a background in Human Resources Management or Psychology is a plus.
• Previous HR internship or related experience is advantageous.
• Goal‑oriented with strong analytical abilities and attention to detail.
• Highly self‑motivated, quick learner with a positive attitude.
