Human Resources Business Partner Executive

About the role

The role serves as the primary HR Business Partner for Cove's Singapore Business Unit, acting as a critical bridge between the HR team and department heads. You will lead operational HR tasks, ensure statutory compliance, and support initiatives that enhance employee experience.

Key responsibilities

• Act as primary HR Business Partner for the Singapore Business Unit, bridging HR and department heads.
• Own end‑to‑end operational HR tasks, including full lifecycle management of Work Permits and Employment Pass applications (new, renewals, cancellations).
• Manage statutory filings such as OFWAS, IRAS (IR21 & IR8A), MOM, MSF (Leave), NS Portal and process statutory leave claims.
• Oversee employee benefits administration, focusing on Primary Care Plans insurance and related queries.
• Support finance & accounting with office administration, procurement of supplies, and general office facilities management.
• Collaborate with HR Operations to standardise, automate and streamline internal HR processes.
• Assist rollout of local and regional HR initiatives to enhance employee experience and culture.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years experience as an HR Business Partner or Generalist in a fast‑paced or high‑growth environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources or related field (preferred).
• Strong operational accuracy and deep knowledge of Singapore MOM regulations and statutory compliance.
• Excellent stakeholder management with consultative partnership to business leaders.
• Proven ability to handle high‑volume HR administrative tasks with high attention to detail.
• Prior experience in property management or hospitality is a plus.
