Human Resources – Digital Transformation (Automation & AI) Internship

About the role

PwC is looking for a motivated intern to join the Human Resources Digital Transformation team. You will work on automating HR processes using Microsoft Power Automate and explore AI‑driven solutions with Copilot Studio, helping the firm deliver faster, more efficient services.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build and maintain Power Automate cloud flows and Power Automate Desktop (RPA) solutions that automate repetitive HR tasks.
• Assist in moving automation projects through Development, UAT and Production environments, handling connection references and environment variables.
• Prototype simple AI agents and chat‑based tools using Copilot Studio to enhance existing HR workflows.
• Participate in stakeholder meetings to identify process pain points and translate them into practical automation designs.
• Create clear documentation, including process maps, flow diagrams and user guides for hand‑over and future maintenance.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s program in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field.
• Strong interest in process automation, HR technology, digital transformation or low‑code development.
• Motivated, tech‑curious and eager to apply digital tools to real‑world HR challenges.

Required skills

• Experience or coursework with Microsoft Power Automate (cloud and desktop).
• Understanding of logic‑based automation concepts such as triggers, conditions and actions.
• Familiarity with AI prototyping tools, preferably Copilot Studio.
• Basic documentation skills for process mapping and user guide creation.
