Human Resources Executive

About the role

Nanyang Institute of Management (NIM), an EduTrust registered private education institution, is hiring a Human Resources Executive in Singapore. The post reports to the Human Resources Manager and provides HR generalist support to a group of companies with around 80 staff. The advertised salary range is SGD 2,500 to 3,500.

Key responsibilities

• Provide HR generalist support to a group of companies (around 80 staff).
• Run end-to-end recruitment: job posting, candidate sourcing, interviewing and selection.
• Handle administrative tasks for interviews, onboarding and offboarding.
• Maintain and update employee records in Infotech HRMS, personnel files and other records.
• Monitor and process work pass applications, renewals and cancellations.
• Process payroll, CPF, IR8A, tax clearance (IR21) submissions and other compensation matters, working closely with the Finance team for Singapore and overseas employees.
• Coordinate and assist in employee engagement events; other duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• 2 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity preferred.
• Good knowledge of MOM regulations and the Employment Act.
• Fluency in English and Chinese preferred, though not necessary.
• Immediate availability or short notice preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Infotech HRMS is an advantage.
• Strong communication, organisational and time management skills.
