Human Resources Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to join a leading technology infrastructure organization in Singapore. The role blends strategic partnership with hands‑on execution, supporting senior leaders and driving people initiatives across the business.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a trusted HR business partner to business leaders and key stakeholders.
• Provide end‑to‑end HR support across the employee lifecycle, including talent management, employee relations, performance management, and organisational development.
• Partner with leaders to implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Support workforce planning, succession planning, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Advise managers on HR policies, Singapore employment legislation, and best practices.
• Drive and support change‑management initiatives within a growing organisation.
• Collaborate with regional and global HR teams on strategic projects.
• Contribute as a hands‑on member of a lean HR team and assist with operational HR activities as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline.
• Proven experience in an HR Business Partner, HR Manager, or similar role.
• Strong stakeholder‑management and influencing skills.
• Maturity, resilience, and sound judgment in complex organisational environments.
• Comfortable working in a lean team and taking a hands‑on approach.
• Experience in technology, digital, telecommunications, IT services, or infrastructure sectors preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore employment practices and labour legislation.
• Singapore citizen or permanent resident preferred.
