Human Resources Manager – Tech Sector

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Human Resources Manager to support the Head of HR in a fast‑moving technology environment in Singapore. This senior position will help shape workforce strategy and ensure HR practices align with business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the Head of HR’s deputy, driving execution of people strategy across the organisation.
• Advise leaders on organisational structure, workforce planning and critical headcount decisions for engineering, cybersecurity, automation and sustainability functions.
• Own the full talent lifecycle – from sourcing and selection to onboarding and confirmation for specialist and critical roles.
• Maintain audit readiness and ensure HR practices comply with relevant industry standards.
• Develop workforce analytics and reporting to give leadership clear insight into risk and readiness.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Psychology or a related field.
• 8+ years of progressive HR/HC experience, preferably in a business‑partnering capacity.
• Background in technology, engineering, infrastructure or telecom is a strong plus.
• Familiarity with Singapore employment law; IHRP, SHRM or CIPD certification is advantageous.
• Proficiency in Human Capital systems, workforce analytics and Microsoft Office.
• Collaborative, discreet and able to adapt quickly in a high‑performance environment.
