About the role
This off‑cycle internship in Human Resources Services & Solutions runs from January to June 2027 at PwC Singapore. You will be part of the HR Operations team that delivers end‑to‑end HR support for employees and leaders across the firm.
Key responsibilities
- Assist with onboarding activities to ensure a smooth experience for new hires.
- Maintain employee records in HR databases, guaranteeing accuracy and timeliness.
- Reconcile leave records for reporting and payroll purposes.
- Respond to staff enquiries on HR policies, processes and administrative matters.
- Provide operational support for staff welfare, billing and payment administration.
- Track and follow up on HR tasks to ensure timely completion and high service standards.
- Participate in HR initiatives and projects aimed at process improvement and operational excellence.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support effective HR service delivery.
