Human Resources Specialist II

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Human Resources Specialist II to support our recruitment, onboarding and HR administration functions in Singapore. You will work closely with hiring managers, external vendors and government agencies to ensure a smooth employee experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment administration, including job posting, candidate scheduling and interview coordination.
• Facilitate onboarding activities, ensuring completion of documentation, system setup and orientation for new hires.
• Assist with Employment Pass, S Pass and other work-authorization applications and renewals.
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation in compliance with company policies and Singapore regulations.
• Support payroll preparation by providing accurate employee data and onboarding information.
• Administer HR systems such as Workday, updating employee data and generating reports.
• Coordinate HR communications between employees, managers and external service providers.
• Support employee engagement initiatives, training coordination and company events.
• Prepare HR reports, presentations and respond to employee inquiries on policies and benefits.
• Contribute to HR projects and perform ad-hoc administrative tasks as required.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in HR administration, recruitment coordination or related roles.
• Familiarity with Singapore Employment Pass, S Pass and MOM processes.
• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Self-motivated with a collaborative mindset.
