HVAC Mechanical Services Associate Technician

About the role

As a Senior Service Technician for HVAC mechanical services, you will ensure the efficient operation, maintenance and servicing of HVAC systems. You will act as a trusted advisor to customers, solving building inefficiencies and providing solutions and outcomes at the time of service.

Key responsibilities

• Perform routine servicing, maintenance and inspection of HVAC systems
• Overhaul and repair HVAC equipment, diagnosing problems and recommending solutions
• Test and commission newly installed or repaired systems
• Maintain accurate service reports, equipment status and maintenance schedules
• Collaborate with team members and support proposals and quotations for recommended solutions
• Deliver a high level of customer satisfaction through responsive service and clear communication

Required profile

• O Level / A Level / ITE / Diploma in Mechanical and Electrical with 1 year of work experience
• Proven experience in maintenance, repair and troubleshooting in related HVAC fields
• Knowledge of HVAC is an added advantage
• Willingness to learn, to be on standby and to back up colleagues
• Valid driving licence required

Required skills

• Ability to read schematics and write up reports
• Strong communication skills in the local language (reading, writing and conversation)
• Good teamwork
