HVAC Mechanical Services Associate Technician

About the role

Johnson Controls is hiring a Senior Service Technician for its HVAC mechanical services team. You will keep heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems running efficiently through servicing, maintenance, overhaul, testing and commissioning, acting as a trusted advisor who solves building inefficiencies and resolves service issues.

Key responsibilities

• Perform routine servicing, maintenance and inspection of HVAC systems
• Overhaul and repair HVAC equipment, diagnosing and fixing faults
• Test and commission newly installed or repaired systems
• Collaborate with colleagues and support clients with technical support and solutions
• Maintain accurate service reports, equipment status and maintenance schedules
• Follow safety protocols and industry standards
• Support proposals, quotations and upselling opportunities

Required profile

• O Level / A Level / ITE / Diploma in Mechanical and Electrical with 1 year of work experience
• Proven experience in maintenance, repair and troubleshooting in related HVAC fields
• Ability to read schematics and write reports
• Strong communication skills in the local language (reading, writing and conversation)
• Willingness to learn, teamwork, and availability to stand by and back up
• Valid driving licence required
