Hybrid IT Presales Solutions Consultant (Solution Architect)

About the role

We are looking for a Solution Architect specialized in Hybrid IT services to drive solutioning for enterprise customers. You will design end‑to‑end Hybrid IT solutions that combine on‑premises, private cloud and public cloud environments, enriched with AIOps and automation to enable intelligent, scalable IT operations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the definition, development and implementation of the company’s Hybrid IT technology strategy and roadmap.
• Engage with customers throughout presales cycles to understand business objectives, current IT landscape and transformation goals.
• Produce high‑quality RFP/RFI/RFQ responses, including architecture diagrams, solution narratives and pricing alignment.
• Design end‑to‑end Hybrid IT architectures across on‑premises data centres, private cloud platforms and public clouds (Azure, AWS, GCP).
• Define target‑state architectures, transition strategies and architectural standards.
• Collaborate with sales, consulting and delivery teams to ensure solutions are technically robust, operationally viable and commercially competitive.

Required profile

• Proven experience in presales and solution architecture for enterprise IT transformation.
• Strong understanding of infrastructure, cloud, networking, security and IT operations domains.
• Ability to lead workshops, gather requirements and translate them into technical designs.
• Excellent communication skills to articulate value propositions and influence stakeholders.

Required skills

• Design and implementation of Hybrid IT solutions spanning on‑premises, private cloud and public cloud.
• Hands‑on experience with Azure, AWS and Google Cloud Platform.
• Knowledge of AIOps, automation tools and virtualization platforms.
• Expertise in networking, identity management and security integration.
• Ability to create architectural diagrams and documentation.
