About the role
We are looking for an enthusiastic Patient Service Associate to join an eye clinic on a 6-month contract. The role involves front-line interaction with patients, supporting clinical staff and ensuring smooth daily operations.
Key responsibilities
- Register patients and schedule appointments using the clinic’s system.
- Assist doctors in the consultation room with patient flow and documentation.
- Dispense prescribed medication and manage inventory.
- Collect payments and process billing transactions.
- Perform ad-hoc administrative duties as required.
Required profile
- Fresh or entry-level candidates with a keen interest in healthcare.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures.
- Good communication skills and a friendly demeanor with patients.
- Availability to work the specified shift pattern.
