Implementation Engineer – Energy Efficiency & Sustainability

About the role

Greenstrides is seeking an Implementation Engineer to turn cutting‑edge energy‑efficiency technologies into measurable carbon‑reduction outcomes for customers across ASEAN and Australia. This early‑stage technical role combines hands‑on field work with the opportunity to develop repeatable implementation processes and eventually lead regional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Install, commission, and troubleshoot energy‑saving systems at restaurant, commercial kitchen, and HVAC sites.
• Work directly with technicians, contractors, and client staff to understand wiring, panels, controls, and equipment.
• Collect and analyse performance data to verify energy and carbon savings.
• Document implementation procedures and create training material for future roll‑outs.
• Collaborate with technology partners to adapt solutions to local conditions.

Required profile

• Engineering background with a strong interest in sustainability.
• Willingness to work onsite at customer locations and handle physical installation tasks.
• Ability to translate technical details into clear, repeatable processes.
• Strong problem‑solving mindset and attention to detail.
