Indian & Bangladeshi Curry Manager

About the role

We are looking for an Indian & Bangladeshi Curry Manager to lead business expansion and drive sales for our authentic North Indian and Bangladeshi cuisine outlets in Singapore. The role combines strategic market development, client relationship management and close collaboration with kitchen teams to ensure high‑quality culinary standards.

Key responsibilities

• Identify new market opportunities, develop business plans for new outlets and secure corporate catering or event contracts.
• Monitor competitor activities, pricing models and industry trends to optimise menu engineering and merchandising.
• Work closely with chefs to maintain food quality, hygiene and authenticity of curry and tandoor preparations.
• Build and nurture relationships with clients, event planners and key stakeholders to generate recurring business.
• Set, track and report on KPIs to monitor sales performance and business development activities.

Required profile

• Proven experience in business development, sales or marketing within the F&B or hospitality sector.
• Prior experience in the Indian or Bangladeshi F&B industry is an advantage.
• Track record of managing a team of business development executives.
• Ability to work on weekends (Friday, Saturday & Sunday) and public holidays, and to perform under pressure to meet KPIs.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience using CRM software and other digital platforms.
