Influencer Marketing Manager

About the role

RDIVC is looking for a dynamic Influencer Marketing Manager to lead the creation and execution of influencer campaigns across global markets. You will be responsible for building strong relationships with influencers, finance educators, content creators, and affiliates to boost brand visibility and engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement influencer marketing strategies that align with brand objectives.
• Identify, negotiate, and onboard influencers, ensuring contracts are clear and mutually beneficial.
• Manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, coordinating timelines and deliverables.
• Track and analyze performance metrics, reporting ROI and recommending optimisations.
• Stay current with social media trends, platform algorithm updates, and industry best practices.
• Collaborate with Creative, Production, and Marketing teams to ensure cohesive messaging.
• Ensure all activities comply with branding standards and financial marketing regulations.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in influencer marketing or a related field.
• Proven track record of managing influencer relationships and delivering successful campaigns.
• Strong understanding of digital culture and social media trends.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related discipline.
• Experience in Forex or FinTech sectors is a plus.
