Information Technology Consultant – Singapore

About the role

This contract position is part of a strategic transformation initiative aimed at designing, developing, and modernising a suite of software applications that support core business operations. You will work directly under the programme governance framework to deliver robust, scalable, and future‑ready platforms for the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Design, code, test, and debug software applications that meet user needs and business objectives.
• Develop scalable, high‑performance architectures using modern frameworks such as Spring Boot and React.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and project leads to gather requirements and translate them into effective solutions.
• Enhance and maintain existing applications, identifying optimisation opportunities.
• Resolve software defects and technical issues promptly to ensure application stability.
• Participate in code reviews and enforce best practices in coding, testing, and documentation.
• Work within Agile/Scrum teams to deliver high‑quality solutions.
• Maintain technical documentation related to design, workflows, and deployment.

Required profile

• Proven experience in designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise software applications.
• Ability to work closely with business stakeholders to understand and implement requirements.
• Experience operating in Agile or Scrum environments.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
