Information Technology Support Supervisor

About the role

This position is based in our Singapore office and provides on‑site and remote IT support for local staff and selected APAC users. The role also backs up the Shanghai team during leave periods and collaborates with the broader APAC IT group to ensure continuous service.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver day‑to‑day support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, meeting‑room AV systems and office networks in Singapore.
• Provide remote assistance to assigned APAC locations and act as backup for Greater China users when needed.
• Troubleshoot Windows/macOS devices, Microsoft 365 applications, Teams/Zoom Rooms, Wi‑Fi, VPN and basic LAN issues.
• Coordinate with vendors, building management and corporate IT teams, including US‑based groups.
• Maintain IT asset records and support onboarding/offboarding processes.
• Document common issues and resolutions in the IT knowledge base and create simple self‑service content (FAQs, SOPs, screenshots, short recordings).
• Assist with data preparation and user acceptance testing for AI‑driven support tools.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of experience in desktop or IT support.
• Solid knowledge of Windows and/or macOS operating systems.
• Hands‑on experience with Microsoft 365 services (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint).
• Basic understanding of network connectivity, Wi‑Fi, VPN and LAN basics.
