Infrastructure Project Manager – VP/Executive Director

About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled Infrastructure Project Manager at senior (VP/Executive Director) level to lead and oversee infrastructure projects from inception to completion. The role requires a strong project management, engineering or construction background and the ability to deliver complex projects on time and within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive project plans covering scope, objectives, timelines and resource allocation.
• Coordinate all project phases, ensuring adherence to schedules and budgets while managing risks.
• Act as primary point of contact for clients, contractors and stakeholders, facilitating communication and collaboration.
• Lead cross‑functional project teams, providing direction, support and motivation.
• Ensure compliance with technology standards, regulations and best practices, monitoring quality and performance.
• Develop and manage project budgets, track expenses and allocate resources efficiently.
• Prepare and present regular status reports and maintain comprehensive project documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Business or related field.
• Proven track record of delivering complex infrastructure projects on time and within budget.
• Strong background in project management, engineering or construction.
• Experience leading cross‑functional teams and managing stakeholder relationships.
