Infrastructure Support Analyst

About the role

We are seeking a Platform Engineer to provide operational support for mission‑critical on‑premises and hybrid infrastructure in a regulated environment. The role ensures platform reliability, stability, and continuous improvement while supporting a long‑term technology refresh programme.

Key responsibilities

• Provide day‑to‑day operational support and maintenance for on‑premises and hybrid infrastructure platforms.
• Manage compute, storage, virtualization, operating systems, backup, disaster recovery (DR) and high‑availability (HA) technologies.
• Lead technical troubleshooting, incident management, root‑cause analysis, recovery planning and issue resolution.
• Coordinate with vendors to fulfil incidents, service requests and technical deliverables on time.
• Review technical changes, service requests and implementation plans for compliance with security and architectural standards.
• Support technical and security governance, including change reviews, risk assessments and operational readiness.
• Contribute to infrastructure refresh, migration and cloud modernisation initiatives while maintaining stable production.
• Track project milestones, dependencies, risks and actions across infrastructure projects.

Required profile

• Singapore citizen or permanent resident.
• Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in platform or infrastructure operations supporting production or mission‑critical environments.
• Experience managing vendor‑supported environments and coordinating external support teams.
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
