Inside Sales Executive / Coordinator - Construction

About the role

Fuku is hiring an Inside Sales Executive/Coordinator for its construction business in Singapore. The role focuses on growing the client base through outbound sales and handling enquiries across several channels.

Key responsibilities

• Actively seek out and engage potential customers to expand the client base through cold calling and outbound sales.
• Attend to sales enquiries across WhatsApp, calls and email.
• Create customer orders in the admin system and schedule appointments via Handyman apps.
• Prepare and issue quotations based on updates from the operations team, then follow up to turn enquiries into confirmed sales.
• Introduce the company portfolio and promote in-house services.
• Work with the operations team to clarify job scope and quotations, and ensure smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales coordination, sales support, customer service or sales executive roles.
• Experience in construction, handyman services, renovation, facilities management or maintenance is preferred.
• Comfortable with cold calling and customer engagement; able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

What we offer

• Salary range of $2,500-$4,000.
• 0-20% monthly performance-related pay.
• 2% monthly medical allowance.
• Yearly salary increment.
