Inside Sales Executive

About the role

We are looking for an Inside Sales Executive to provide dedicated support to our priority customers. You will handle price quotations, stock and delivery planning, and act as the first point of contact for telephone and email enquiries.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and issue price quotations, stock plans and delivery schedules for key accounts.
• Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email regarding pricing, delivery and technical issues.
• Assist the outdoor‑sales team by gathering market intelligence on competitors’ products, pricing and services.
• Generate sales documents such as debit/credit notes, sales return notes, repair and claim notes.
• Understand and suggest improvements to Singapore sales operations processes.
• Maintain special price structures in the common sales folder.
• Perform monthly housekeeping of customer sales orders.
• Provide direct sales and administrative support, including on‑site visits to priority customers when required.

Required profile

• Junior executive level with a strong interest in sales support and operations.
• Good understanding of sales order processing and documentation.
• Ability to collect and analyse market information.
• Proactive attitude towards process improvement.
