Inside Sales Executive / Specialist

About the role

We are an established agro‑chemical company looking for a dynamic Inside Sales Executive/Specialist to drive regional business expansion across Asia. You will manage the commercial roadmap for high‑value product lines such as specialty pesticides, biostimulants and integrated crop nutrition.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify new customers through research, cold‑calling and email outreach.
• Arrange weekly sales meetings and product demos with qualified leads.
• Maintain a detailed pipeline of opportunities and track progress.
• Stay up‑to‑date with product offerings, services and industry trends.
• Generate quotations, respond to inquiries and provide solutions for existing customers.
• Recommend customers for new product registrations and support the BD/Sales Manager with order updates.
• Check stock availability and lead times before issuing quotations.
• Prepare sales contracts upon customer confirmation and coordinate with procurement for alternative stock solutions.

Required profile

• ITE, diploma or equivalent qualification.
• 1‑3 years of experience in sales development or inside‑sales roles.
• Agro‑chemical experience is a plus.
• Meticulous, logical mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% overseas on a case‑by‑case basis.

Required skills

• Familiarity with ERP/CRM systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
