Inside Sales Manager (Singapore)

About the role

Figma is looking for an Inside Sales Manager to lead a high‑performing team of Inside Sales Representatives across APAC. You will drive retention and growth outcomes while ensuring a best‑in‑class customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Hire, onboard, and coach Inside Sales Representatives and Senior Inside Sales Representatives.
• Own team performance across retention and growth motions, monitoring NRR, GRR, expansion, churn, pipeline health, and forecast accuracy.
• Lead forecasting, pipeline reviews, and deal inspection to drive accuracy and timely execution.
• Use customer and business data to identify risks and growth opportunities and coach the team accordingly.
• Partner with regional Sales Managers, GTM leadership, Sales Operations, Deal Desk, Legal, and Finance on strategy and execution.
• Act as senior‑level sponsor for complex or high‑value opportunities and ensure strong data hygiene and pipeline velocity.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, account management, or renewals, with at least 2 years of people‑leadership experience.
• Proven success managing and developing emerging and mid‑level sellers to exceed retention and growth targets.
• Experience leading teams across multiple APAC markets or within a complex regional environment.
• Strong cross‑functional collaboration skills and ability to build trust with Sales, Marketing, and Operations.
• Deep knowledge of discovery, negotiation, forecasting, pipeline inspection, and data‑driven decision‑making.

Required skills

• Salesforce (CRM) and related sales tools.
• Understanding of SaaS metrics such as Gross Revenue Retention (GRR) and Net Revenue Retention (NRR).
