Institutional Dealer – US/EURO Shift

About the role

We are seeking an Institutional Dealer to join our Singapore team, focusing on US/EURO shift trading. You will execute client orders across a broad range of asset classes on more than 80 global exchanges, providing market insight and risk‑management support.

Key responsibilities

• Execute institutional client orders with precision across global markets while maintaining high service standards.
• Build and maintain relationships with institutional clients, Relationship Managers, and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor financial markets, news, and client portfolios to identify trading opportunities and risk exposures.
• Maintain accurate trade records and ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Identify emerging client or market trends to generate new business opportunities.
• Support the Dealing Manager and senior staff with reporting, market research, and process‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a dealing room or institutional trading environment, preferably with global equity markets.
• Strong understanding of market dynamics, trading platforms, and execution processes.
• Excellent attention to detail, ability to work under pressure, and a collaborative mindset.
