About the role

STARCOM MEDIA WORLDWIDE is looking for an Integrated Associate Director / Director to lead its Singapore portfolio. The role serves as the senior strategic advisor and primary client lead, shaping integrated media strategies that align regional and global priorities with local market needs.

Key responsibilities

• Act as senior strategic advisor and primary client lead for the Singapore portfolio.
• Lead annual planning, business reviews, strategic discussions and senior stakeholder engagement.
• Translate regional and global priorities into locally relevant integrated media strategies.
• Provide direction across planning, investment, execution, optimization and measurement.
• Orchestrate collaboration across media, creative, data, performance, commerce, CRM and technology teams.
• Own account health, scopes, budgets, resourcing, profitability and commercial discussions.
• Identify and convert opportunities to deepen partnerships and expand scope of work.
• Lead, coach and develop the team while acting as escalation point for complex issues.

Required profile

• 8–12 years of experience in client leadership, integrated marketing, media or account management.
• Proven experience leading complex client relationships and integrated workstreams in Singapore.
• Strong knowledge of communications planning, digital media, performance marketing, data and measurement.
• Experience with luxury, premium, retail, beauty, fashion or lifestyle brands is highly preferred.
• Strong commercial acumen including budgets, scopes, fees, resourcing and profitability.
• Excellent strategic thinking, negotiation, presentation and senior stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams and develop high‑performing talent.
