Integrated Communications Professional – Singapore

About the role

IBM is seeking a proactive and creative storyteller to lead integrated communications across Singapore. The role will shape IBM’s brand narrative for external audiences, media, social platforms, and internal stakeholders, reinforcing IBM’s position as an Enterprise AI Leader.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive communications strategy aligned with business objectives and national agenda moments.
• Create compelling campaigns around themes such as Digital Sovereignty and Smarter Business to influence media, clients, partners, governments, and alumni.
• Collaborate with Government & Regulatory Affairs, CSR, Sales, Marketing, and Business Partner teams to identify news opportunities and client stories.
• Act as a brand steward, representing IBM’s solutions to enhance perception and drive thought leadership.
• Inform and activate IBM employees around corporate strategy, encouraging advocacy for the IBM brand.
• Set and track communications metrics to measure success across geography and market.

Required profile

• Proven experience in cross‑platform communications, media relations, and stakeholder engagement.
• Strong storytelling ability with a track record of delivering impactful brand narratives.
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse internal teams and external partners.
• Strategic mindset with a focus on measurable outcomes.
