Integrated Marketing Communications Manager

About the role

Join TikTok’s SEA team to shape B2B marketing communications across Thailand and the broader region. You will craft and execute integrated campaigns that inspire brands, agencies, and ecosystem partners, positioning TikTok as a trusted entertainment platform.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement a B2B communication strategy targeting brands, media agencies, creative agencies, ecosystem partners and industry associations.
• Lead end‑to‑end integrated marketing campaigns, including lead generation, events, education programs, partner upskilling, content, email, social media, and press releases.
• Own cross‑functional strategic projects, collaborating with sales, product, finance, and operations teams.
• Produce regular reports for quarterly OKRs, QBRs and annual planning, analysing channel performance and extracting actionable insights.
• Manage marketing budget allocation, governance, tracking and reporting.
• Partner with regional teams to ensure alignment and drive performance in the Thai market.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, communications, consulting or business strategy.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, ambiguous growth environment.
• Strong understanding of Thailand’s business landscape and culture.
• Team player with excellent relationship‑building and leadership capabilities.
• Experience in media, advertising or technology sectors is a plus.
