Integrated Marketing Operation Manager - Global Payment

About the role

The Global Payment team at ByteDance builds cross‑border payment solutions for TikTok and other products. This position will shape integrated marketing strategies for international credit‑payment services (BNPL) and drive growth across a worldwide user base.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze market and user insights to create long‑term campaign plans, design integrated marketing strategies for BNPL, and boost core metrics such as GMV.
• Develop an operational system covering the full user lifecycle—acquisition, engagement, and retention—by establishing touchpoints, marketing tools, and a benefits repository.
• Monitor traffic performance, attribute results, expand collaborations with internal and external partners, and launch new growth initiatives with marketing teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree with at least 3 years of experience in user‑growth or integrated marketing operations within the BNPL or e‑commerce sector.
• Strong logical thinking, business acumen, and a goal‑oriented, self‑driven mindset; proven ability to manage projects independently.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and cross‑functional collaboration skills; creative and responsible approach to marketing strategy.
• Proficiency in data analysis with the ability to identify problems and derive solutions from operational data.
