Intern, Compliance (Singapore)

About the role

ING's Wholesale Bank Asia internship programme (2027) offers a 6-month compliance internship in Singapore, running from January to June, within the CRO department. The programme gives students hands-on experience, structured onboarding, development initiatives, cross-functional networking, project showcases and an intern alumni community.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in updating and maintaining local and regional compliance frameworks, policies and procedures, including Individual Accountability and Conduct and Related Parties Transactions
• Assist in the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) rollout for compliance policies
• Assist in the rollout of mandatory compliance training
• Support the Singapore Compliance team on ad hoc projects arising from ordinary business

Required profile

• Keen attention to detail and keen learner
• Ability to multi-task, organized and good interpersonal skills
• Positive "can do" attitude, enjoys challenges and is a team player
• Experience in web programming languages is looked on favourably
