Internal Communications Specialist

About the role

We are looking for an Internal Communications Specialist to craft clear, engaging content for internal platforms and support company‑wide initiatives. The role will help boost employee engagement by translating complex updates into accessible messages and coordinating with stakeholders across regional markets.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in planning, coordinating and delivering internal communication campaigns, employee engagement programmes and major organisational milestones.
• Manage activations, work with vendors, oversee swag inventory and distribute collateral.
• Support monthly Global All‑Hands meetings, leadership updates and company‑wide initiatives.
• Create and maintain content for newsletters, emails, intranet sites, videos, presentations and social‑style posts.
• Turn complex business updates into clear, employee‑friendly communications.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align timelines, develop content and ensure smooth campaign delivery.
• Monitor engagement data and campaign outcomes to continuously improve communication strategies.
• Use digital and AI‑powered tools to streamline content creation, coordination and workflow efficiency.
• Assist with content shoots, employee activations and broader corporate storytelling when needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing or a related field.
• At least 6 months of experience in communications, content marketing, journalism, social media, public relations, event management or related areas.
• Strong writing ability and experience crafting stories across digital, editorial and social formats.
• Experience in fast‑paced environments such as consumer technology, startups or agencies is a plus.
