International Partnership Executive – Roaming

About the role

The International Partnership Executive (Roaming) joins SIMBA Telecom’s International Wholesale team to build and manage roaming relationships with carriers worldwide. This entry‑level position offers a fast‑track career in telecommunications, working closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure contractual and operational alignment.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential roaming partners across global markets.
• Review, negotiate, and coordinate International Roaming Agreements.
• Maintain strong relationships with carriers, partners, and vendors.
• Liaise with internal teams on contracts, settlements, testing schedules, and website updates.
• Analyse monthly roaming traffic, revenue, and market trends.
• Administer and update roaming agreements, and follow up on testing activities.
• Support other functions within the International Wholesale team as needed.

Required profile

• Diploma or university degree in Business, Economics, Marketing or a related field.
• 0‑2 years of relevant experience; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Strong written and verbal communication, problem‑solving and organisational abilities.
• Attention to detail, initiative, adaptability and resilience in a dynamic environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
