Investment Data Analyst

About the role

We are seeking an Investment Data Analyst based in Singapore to support our APAC operations. The role involves owning services that harmonise investment data and continuously improving operational processes for a leading financial institution.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and enhance automated routines that consolidate investment data from multiple internal and external sources.
• Conduct quality assurance on investment, company and portfolio data sets to ensure high‑quality downstream services.
• Identify and implement process improvements in collaboration with cross‑functional experts.
• Investigate complex client inquiries and perform detailed data analyses.
• Work with internal and external stakeholders to define data needs and guarantee data accuracy.
• Define key performance indicators and manage service providers to run day‑to‑day operations effectively.
• Participate in projects such as onboarding new data sources or implementing new client requirements.

Required profile

• University degree in mathematics, economics, business administration, finance or equivalent experience.
• Strong financial knowledge, particularly in investment data and capital markets.
• High affinity for IT and data, with experience in data analysis using relational databases.
• Experience with data warehousing concepts and technologies.
• Proactive, creative, responsible and service‑oriented mindset.
• Experience managing or working with service providers is an advantage.
• Team player with strong problem‑solving abilities.
• Fluent English.
