Investor & Media Relations Associate (Singapore)

About the role

This full‑time position supports the company’s brand communications, media relations and investor relations activities across Singapore and overseas markets. It is designed for recent graduates or candidates with up to two years of experience who want to develop both public‑relations and capital‑markets expertise.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in creating and executing brand communication plans, drafting bilingual press releases, media statements and executive talking points.
• Support content planning and publishing for the corporate website news centre and overseas social platforms such as LinkedIn.
• Maintain media and KOL databases, coordinate interviews, monitor coverage and prepare regular communication briefs.
• Prepare investor‑facing materials including financial report summaries, Q&A documents, presentations and earnings‑call scripts.
• Help organise investor meetings, roadshows, research briefings and industry conferences, while keeping investor databases up‑to‑date.
• Collect and organise business and financial data for regulatory disclosures, track relevant capital‑market rules and flag compliance risks.
• Coordinate internal and external resources for investor and media events, and capture post‑event feedback.
• Participate in crisis‑communication monitoring, risk identification and drafting of external statements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Communications, PR, Marketing, English, Finance, Economics, Accounting, Law or related fields.
• 0–2 years of relevant experience; fresh graduates are welcome.
• Professional fluency in both English and Chinese.
