iOS Developer – Secure Mobile Applications

About the role

Akkodis is looking for an experienced iOS Developer to join a high‑impact R&D team building secure mobile applications and SDKs for a global leader in digital identity and cybersecurity. You will work on authentication and identity verification features, applying strong security practices while leveraging AI‑assisted development tools.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and validate secure iOS applications and SDKs using Swift, SwiftUI and UIKit.
• Implement authentication and identity verification based on industry‑standard protocols.
• Create clean, backward‑compatible SDK APIs with minimal impact on app size.
• Develop and maintain unit, integration, and UI test suites for mobile SDKs.
• Use AI‑assisted tools to accelerate coding, test generation, documentation, debugging and code review, with mandatory human‑led security validation.
• Maintain CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI) including automated testing, SAST, dependency scanning and security checks.
• Apply mobile security best practices such as secure storage, certificate pinning, static analysis and anti‑reverse‑engineering techniques.
• Implement privacy‑focused telemetry for crash and performance monitoring.
• Prototype new technologies and contribute to innovation initiatives, including patents.

Required profile

• Strong background in iOS development with a focus on security.
• Experience working in collaborative R&D environments where quality and innovation are critical.
• Ability to apply engineering judgment and perform human‑led security validation.
• Familiarity with AI‑assisted development workflows.
