ISDA Negotiator

About the role

We are hiring an ISDA Negotiator to join our bench and support global banking and financial services clients.

Key responsibilities

• Negotiate ISDA, GMRA, GMSLA, and related documents.
• Analyze and resolve technical issues arising during negotiations.
• Collaborate within a team to manage a portfolio of live matters.
• Build productive relationships with stakeholders and relationship managers.
• Foster an inclusive environment that respects diverse experience and backgrounds.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in derivatives documentation and/or negotiation.
• Ability to draft, review and negotiate ISDA Master agreements (advantageous).
• Exposure to in‑house financial services environments (beneficial but not essential).
• Strong knowledge of ISDA negotiation and execution principles.
• Excellent academic credentials with an investigative and analytical mindset.
