IT Business Partner

About the role

The Site IT Business Partner (ITBP) is the main liaison between business functions and IT at the Singapore site, ensuring delivery of reliable IT services, support for GMP‑regulated systems and continuous improvement of technology solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary IT contact for assigned business functions, translating business needs into IT solutions.
• Coordinate daily IT service delivery, monitor incidents, manage service requests and track SLA performance.
• Support and maintain local IT infrastructure, participate in deployments, upgrades and lifecycle management.
• Manage access, validation and compliance activities for GMP‑regulated systems in partnership with QA, QC and manufacturing teams.
• Assist with local and global IT projects, gather requirements, support deployments of new applications and promote digital tools.
• Implement cybersecurity policies, handle vulnerability remediation, endpoint protection and support audit activities.
• Coordinate with external vendors, monitor performance and ensure timely resolution of support cases.
• Maintain IT documentation, SOPs, inventories and prepare operational and project reports.

Required profile

• Proven experience acting as an IT liaison for business units and delivering IT services.
• Understanding of GMP‑regulated environments and related compliance requirements.
• Ability to manage incidents, service requests and SLA reporting.
• Experience coordinating IT infrastructure projects and upgrades.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity controls and audit processes.
• Strong vendor management and documentation skills.
