IT Engineer – Azure Stack Hub & Hybrid Infrastructure

About the role

We are looking for an IT Engineer to manage and support Azure Stack Hub, hybrid infrastructure and enterprise monitoring platforms across Singapore. The role involves system administration, patch management, performance optimisation and ensuring the availability, security and reliability of critical services.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and maintain Azure Stack Hub and its supporting infrastructure.
• Perform patching and lifecycle management for Azure Stack Hub, Dell EMC, Hyper‑V and Windows environments.
• Manage and optimise Splunk, SCOM and SolarWinds monitoring platforms.
• Administer Active Directory, including user management, Group Policies and authentication services.
• Conduct system health checks, troubleshooting, performance tuning and incident resolution.
• Ensure effective backup, recovery and disaster‑recovery processes.
• Maintain operational documentation, SOPs and runbooks.
• Collaborate with vendors and stakeholders to resolve infrastructure issues and ensure compliance with security, governance and audit requirements.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience with Azure Stack Hub administration and patching.
• Strong knowledge of Dell EMC infrastructure and Microsoft Hyper‑V environments.
• Experience with Splunk (including AI/ML capabilities), SCOM and SolarWinds.
• Good understanding of Active Directory, Windows Server and RHEL administration.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues.
• Knowledge of backup, recovery and disaster‑recovery best practices.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills in enterprise environments.
