About the role

We are looking for an IT Engineer to join our team, open to fresh graduates. The role involves planning, executing, and monitoring technical projects across our islandwide operations in Singapore.

Key responsibilities

Plan, execute, monitor, and control all technical aspects of projects.
Lead or contribute to new system/network infrastructure setups or upgrades.
Support operational systems in line with contractual Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Conduct routine preventive maintenance and manage operational activities efficiently.
Prepare comprehensive project documentation and reports.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly.

Required profile

Strong knowledge of Windows Server OS and Linux OS.
Experience in virtualized environments.
Hands‑on experience with virtualization, hypervisors, and the Nutanix platform.
Understanding of VPNs and firewall appliances.
Familiarity with network switches and routers.
