IT Engineer - Presales & Project Management

About the role

The company is seeking an IT Engineer to lead presales activities and manage project delivery. You will coordinate hardware shipments, oversee installations, and work closely with sales to design tailored IT solutions for clients.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and supervise hardware shipments, inventory tracking, on‑site installations, and post‑installation testing.
• Manage cabling, network setups, and software deployments (both SaaS and on‑premise).
• Develop and deliver PowerPoint proposals, demos, and RFP responses while collaborating with sales.
• Deploy and troubleshoot cameras, routers, switches, firewalls, servers, and cloud systems.
• Maintain project documentation such as charters, risk logs, and closure reports, and analyze performance data using Excel/SQL.

Required profile

• Diploma or higher in IT/Computer Science.
• 2–3 years of experience in IT or related roles.
• Proficiency in cloud systems, servers, and installation processes.
