IT Executive - First-Level Support

About the role

Fuku is hiring a full-time IT Executive in Singapore to provide first-level IT support for users and devices. The role covers hardware, software, user accounts, networks, printers and applications, and works closely with the Senior IT Executive and the Regional IT Operations Lead.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first-level support for hardware, software, user accounts, network, printers, LarkSuite, Google Workspace and application issues.
• Support Windows laptops and desktops, Apple MacBooks, iPhones, iPads, Android devices and other office IT equipment.
• Troubleshoot LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, DNS, DHCP, IP addresses, patching and network printers.
• Assist with onboarding and offboarding: device preparation, account setup, access requests, account disablement and asset collection.
• Maintain IT asset records, tracking assignments, returns, repairs, warranty status and replacements.
• Install approved software and flag non-standard or unauthorized installations.
• Support basic endpoint security: antivirus status, OS patching, device encryption and local admin rights review.
• Escalate unresolved issues to the Senior IT Executive or Regional IT Operations Lead.

Required profile

• Higher Nitec, Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Studies, Information Systems or a related field.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in IT support, helpdesk, desktop support or field support; fresh graduates may be considered with strong networking fundamentals, relevant technical skills, strong Chinese communication and a positive service attitude.
