IT Executive

About the role

Bacha Coffee is seeking an IT Executive to support daily IT operations across its boutiques and coffee rooms worldwide. The role involves help‑desk support, server and network maintenance, and administration of POS and ERP systems, especially during new store openings.

Key responsibilities

• Provide day‑to‑day IT help‑desk assistance and hardware setup for boutique locations.
• Administer servers, manage network, firewall, VPN and ensure connectivity.
• Configure and maintain POS and ERP system settings.
• Support and coordinate store opening projects across multiple regions.
• Liaise with headquarters IT for group initiatives, protocols and system implementations.

Required profile

• Diploma in Computer Science or related field (minimum).
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar IT role.
• Background in retail, food & beverage or hospitality environments.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and good written and spoken communication.
• Willingness to travel occasionally.
