About the role

Hong Ye Group Pte Ltd, a service industry organisation, is hiring an IT Executive in Singapore. The role manages and oversees the company's IT infrastructure, develops IT policies and leads IT projects.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the company's IT infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and security.
• Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to comply with industry standards and regulations.
• Coordinate with departments to understand their IT needs and provide effective solutions.
• Lead IT projects from conception to completion, on time and within budget.
• Monitor and analyse system performance and recommend improvements.
• Provide technical support and guidance to staff, resolving IT issues promptly.
• Stay up to date with the latest technology trends.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in an IT executive or similar role.
• Proven experience managing IT projects and teams.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail and strong communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
